Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Looking to add a friendly, positive, customer focused, career-minded teammate to assist in general office administration at our CPA firm.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Provide front desk reception coverage including handling phone calls, routing them to appropriate staff, taking and distributing messages, scheduling meetings, and assisting clients that come into the office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as data entry, copying, scanning, etc.
- Basic knowledge in computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email system.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, other employees, and clients.
- Always represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.
Education and Experience:
At least 1+ years of customer service and administrative experience.

We are looking for a Senior Auditor to direct our auditing process. We’ll rely on you to ensure that our financial operations and controls meet standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the auditing process
- Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
- Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
- Perform effective risk and control assessments
- Complete audits on time and submit reports to auditing manager
- Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
- Coordinate periodical audits
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience
- BA in Accounting
- Proven experience as an auditor
- In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices
- Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and leadership abilities
